. In 2014 the new curriculum topic Changes from the Stone Age to the Iron Age was introduced. For many primary teachers this provided a challenge to gather resources and teach this unit effectively. Changes from the Stone Age to the Iron Age is all about drawing comparisons over time, examining change (and continuity) and reasons for change. If you are struggling to find creative ways of incorporating this concept into your teaching of the period or you are new to teaching this unit, this webinar led by Mel Jones, Education Manager of the Historical Association, will provide you with ideas to develop this topic in your classroom.
